We hope you love the R&B the Change products you’ve ordered and received. 
However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!
Please find below useful information on Shipping, Returns, Refunds, Return-Shipping, Broken and/or Damaged Items, Hazardous Items and/or Flammable Items.

We are proud to utilize environmentally-friendly shipping materials (including, but not limited to reused and/or recycled boxes, water-activated, plastic-free tape, and recycled packing paper).

We kindly request that you reuse and recycle shipping boxes upon receipt of your R&B The Change products.

As a courtesy to our customers in the United States of America, Free Shipping will be offered for Orders of $75.00 and above (before tax and shipping calculations).

If your Order is eligible for Free Shipping, the Shipping section of Checkout page will automatically reflect this prior to submitting payment.

Please note that Shipping costs are non-refundable.


In order to initiate a Return and/or Refund Request, you must send an email with “Return Request” included in the subject line to:

Within the email, please provide details regarding the reason for your return.

To be eligible for a return and/or refund, generally your item must be in the same condition that you received it, your item must be unused, and your item must be in the unopened original packaging.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return and/or refund an item in original condition, unused, and unopened.

Additionally, any item being returned needs to be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and/or proof of purchase.

You will receive an email reply from R&B The Change confirming receipt of your request and providing you with an update regarding the eligibility of your return and/or refund request and guidance on the next steps.

Please note that Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You have 48 hours from the date and time of delivery as indicated by the carrier tracking details to report an item as Damaged and/or Broken in order to be considered for return and/or refund.

If R&B The Change notifies you that return-shipping is required, we will notify you via email when we have received your returned item. Upon inspection of the item, we will provide an update via email notifying you whether or not you are eligible for a refund. 

Please note that Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Generally, the amount of time it takes for you to receive the refund credit will vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

Broken and/or Damaged Items:

In order to report a Broken and/or Damaged item, you must send an email with “Broken/Damaged” included in the subject line to:

Please describe the nature of the damage and/or issue and provide a photo clearly displaying the damage and/or issue as an attachment to this email.

Upon review of the "Broken/Damaged" notification email, R&B The Change will notify you via email whether or not you are eligible for your choice of refund or replacement item.

Hazardous and/or Flammable Items:

Items classified as hazardous (flammable, sharp, or potentially dangerous) are generally prohibited from being returned and/or shipped back to us unless the item is broken and/or damaged upon receipt.

If a hazardous item is broken or damaged when you receive it, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement as long as you provide sufficient proof of the damage and/or issue in accordance with the above “Broken and/or Damaged Items” section.
